    • Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. To secure a booking, a deposit of 30% is required.

    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Cancelling a booking will result in loss of deposit.

    • The number of services agreed upon booking reflects deposit amount. Should a group member choose to cancel their service, their deposit will be forfeited and cannot be used towards overall booking costs.

  • Please note: each trial is set for 1 look only with minor tweaks and cannot exceed the timeline provided. If you would like to try multiple looks please inform us in advance so we can book you accordingly.

    • Travel fees vary on location, please inquire about your destination.

    • If the location of the service changes after the agreed upon travel fee, we reserve the right to adjust the fee accordingly.

    • Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.

    • Please ensure that you and your party are punctual. Services may be reduced if clients arrive late and the deposit will be forfeited.

    • A late fee of $20 will be charged every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late or if the service exceeds the allotted time because of client delays.

    • Each makeup application requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly.

    • Any additional makeup needs outside the agreed upon start/finish time will only be performed at the discretion of the Makeup Artist. All makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend due to severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your payments or arrange for a replacement artist. If a replacement is secured, clients will still be responsible for fulfilling the agreed-upon payment terms. Clients will have the option to choose between accepting the replacement or receiving a refund of their payments/deposits.

  • If you are booking hairstyling services with another provider, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the timelines for both hair and makeup do not overlap or interfere with one another. For example, if bridal makeup is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the hairstylist should be scheduled to work on the bride either before or after this time slot, or on another member of your group during that time. Overlapping schedules can cause delays or impact the quality of the final look therefore proper coordination is essential to ensure an efficient and seamless schedule. 

  • Any form of aggression or unacceptable behavior will result in the immediate termination of services, with no refund.

  • All brushes, tools and products used to perform the beauty services are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every session. However, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or complications that may arise during or after the makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the Artist before services begin to help prevent any issues.

  • Once all hair and makeup services including requested and suggested touch-ups are complete, the artist may leave before the scheduled finish time.

  • If it is discovered that the client has misrepresented themselves as not being the bride to receive a discounted rate, the service provider reserves the right to adjust the rate accordingly. In such cases, the client will be informed of the revised rate and any difference in payment will be required prior to the completion of services. Failure to comply with the revised rate may result in the cancellation of services and any deposits paid will be forfeited. The client acknowledges and agrees that providing accurate and truthful information regarding their status as the bride or member of the bridal party is essential for maintaining the integrity of the booking process.
